RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Thank you for shopping at www.alcarilife.com ! As part of our commitment to your satisfaction, we want you to love what you ordered, if you found something unsuitable, let us know for a refund or exchange.

You have the right to return all item(s) you have bought from www.alcarilife.com for a full refund or exchange “within 30 days” of receiving them.
When making refund or exchange, please bear in mind that: Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. ALCARILIFE will not accept the return of any item(s) which we consider used in any way. Please note, in such cases, the used item(s) will be returned to you and you will be charged for any and all additional shipping costs. When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the size or reimburse the returned items. The replacement item(s) will be sent free of any additional shipping charges for the “first exchange only”. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order. We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

In the case of an exchange/return, it will take around 14 days. ALCARILIFE is not responsible for delayed or lost packages being returned. Any return item(s) received without an “Exchange/return email” may be denied at the decision of ALCARILIFE.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE PROCESS

1. Please send an "Exchange/return email" to our CS email: alcarilife@gmail.com, include how we should process your return (Refund/ Exchange to another style) then print out the 'Exchange/return email' and include it in your reuten package.

2. Send your item(s) to the address below,

3. For exchanges, please clarify the product by item number
**please note that exchanges must be for applicable products of equal or lesser value**

As soon as we receive your return shipment, we will process your request and send you an email for confirmation. Please note that we will not responsible for items lost in return shipment. If you have any questions regarding the process, please contact us by email.
