How long delivery takes?

All orders delivery in general takes 8 -10 business days. However, please note that it is an estimate and depends on the local mail service in your country.

DIY Items will have extra 5 – 6 days for production.

The delivery time is estimated with 8 -10 business days and depends on the local postal service. If your estimated delivery date has passed by more than 4 – 5 business days and you still have not received your order, please email us immediately, so we can help you further.

Which countries do Alcari ship to?

We ship our products globally and the shipping cost will be USD$25, (free shipping above USD$80 per order), which allowing you to spread the happiness easily around the world with ALCARI.

All items on website are in stock?

All products of our current collection are displayed on the website. If an item is out of stock this will be stated on the product’s page.

In case of an unlikely discrepancy between the website and the actual stock in the warehouse due to a miscount you will be notified via email and receive a refund for the missing item(s).

Change shipping address?

It is difficult to change your shipping address once it has been placed. We target to ship all orders as fast as possible, so our warehouse is processing them within 20 minutes of receiving them.

Received wrong product?

If you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrongly packaged item(s), please contact us through our customer service enquiry@alcari.com and we will do our best to fix our mistake. You will be provided with new products or a refund, depending on your preference.

Should you find any product is missing from your delivery, please contact us through the customer service enquiry@alcari.com and we will do everything we. You will be provided with new products or a refund, depending on your preference.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at www.alcari.com ! As part of our commitment to your satisfaction, we want you to love what you ordered, if you found something unsuitable, let us know for a refund or exchange.

You may return or exchange all item(s) you have bought from www.alcari.com for a full refund or exchange within 7 days when you receive them.

When making refund or exchange, please bear in mind that:

Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. All tags, certificates, warranties, care instructions, product labeling, authenticity cards, extra buttons, hangers, dust bags and boxes (in the case of shoes) are intact and returned together with the Merchandise.

ALCARI will not accept the return of any item(s) which we consider used in any way. Please note, in such cases, the used item(s) will be returned to you and you will be charged for all additional shipping costs.

When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the size or reimburse the returned items. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order. We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

In the case of an exchange/return, it will take around 14 days. ALCARI is not responsible for delayed or lost packages being returned.

Any return item(s) received without an invoice email may be denied at the decision of ALCARI.

As soon as we receive your return shipment, we will process your request and send you an email for confirmation. Please note that we cannot cover return shipping costs and that you are responsible for items lost in shipping.

We accept payments made by Stripe, Visa, MasterCard and American Express card.

By placing an order using one of the above online payment methods, you confirm that the payment account used is yours or that you have been agreed by the owner to use it. If your card issuer refuses to approve the payment to ALCARI, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery.

We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us.

To add your card details, just login to your account and click on ‘Payment methods’. From here, you can add your payment details and save them to your account. When you come to pay for your order, you can select one of your saved payment methods to pay for your order.

If you don’t want to save your payment details to your account, then you can also enter them when you come to pay for your order. If there is no payment details saved to your account, then you’ll be asked to enter them when you click ‘Buy Now’.

CURRENCY IS USED ON THE WEBSITE

The prices you see www.alcari.com are stated in $USD for global countries and HKD for Hong Kong. They exclude final shipping charges, which are calculated and added at checkout stage.

ALCARI is not responsible for any changes in currency value or conversion rates that your bank or credit card company may use when charging in your country’s currency.

Can I see my order online if I used Guest Checkout?

Unfortunately, you will only receive an order confirmation if an email address is provided during checkout. If you aren’t receiving these emails, it may be that you have entered an invalid email address.

I cannot find my order in my Order History

Maybe you checked out as a Guest and created an account afterwards.

In this case, you order will unfortunately not show in your account. But you will receive an email update the status of your order. If you have not received a confirmation email, please contact our Customer Service team, as your order may have been declined.

How can I close my ALCARI account?

You need to contact our Customer Service enquiry@alcari.com with the following details:

Once we have these information, we will disable your account.

We will retain your order history, and your account can be reactivated at any time.

How do I use a promotional code?

Once you have added the item(s) to your cart, go to CHECKOUT and there will be a “PROMO CODE” box below all the item(s) you picked.

Stock levels are subject to availability and we do our best to ensure all orders are packed accordingly to the desired quantities and styles. If any order not able to fulfilled by our warehouse upon packing due to items becoming out of stock, we will inform you immediately. We will refund you for the out of stock item(s) upon packing and send out the rest of your goods as soon as possible. We do not hold any orders and cannot cancel orders at this point of the process. Orders will be packed and shipped as usual in our normal procedures.
